The monsters of my childhoods

When we are young, we feel constant fear of many things. Many children are afraid of the dark and then sleep with the light on. Children do not like to be alone for long or frighten them drunk walking in the streets, also are afraid of the homeless, and the typical monsters appear closet believe.

Actually, there are more series and horror movies that increase the fear of children, but their parents allow watch tv. Even, now there are video games   horror. 

When I was little I was scared, I feel fear of my dreams, but also I afraid of the scary movies, for example Chucky and Freddy Krueger. I believe that is the unique movie of the real horror for a child.

I remember that this movie was really terrifying and with my cousin us we covered the eyes in the strongest scenes.

Later, when we went to sleep we had nightmares and could not sleep because we remembered Freddy. 

anyway I love this movie.

My experience of bloggs

Hello everyone

Today I'm going to talk about my experience of writing blogs. Well, my experience was very good because I think that I improve my knowledge in English. I notice that in every blog session writing the blog was easier and took me less time to do it. It is very important to know how to write in English.

There were very funny subjects along the whole semester, but the funniest to me was the blog about the best birthday that I had, because it was very different of the normally subjects in English’ class.

Also, I like to write about the monsters of my childhoods, because it was funny to remember the things that make me scary and had nightmares when I was a little girl, for example the movies of Freddy Krueger, the exorcist and Poltergeists.

To me writing blogs in English was very challenging, because the difficulty was increasing blog after blog, for example the complexity of the matter, the number of words, etc and to me English, specially writing is very difficult, but actually I like to write in English a lot and I would like to do it better.

Well, that was my experience of blogging this semester.

My best birthday

My birthday is November 8, I was born in 1988 and I have 26 years old. Today, I will tell you about the best birthday I ve ever had.
Well, I do not usually celebrate my birthday, but I remember when I was a child I had a nice birthday, because it was a surpise. I thing I was 6 or 7 years old, and the thing is to arrive at school in the afternoon, I saw in the door balloons and I understood that was a surprise. And then between my family was waiting for me.
Later , my mom changed my clothes, and I remember it was a sweatsuit of color violet with pink.
this birthday. That birthday I loved it because it was a surprise.

Also, I have had other good birthdays, for example when I turned 21 or 22 years old, because they invited my old friends to my home, my school friends; Fabian, Pablo, Emilio, Romina, Sebastian, etc. Those birthdays were average but had a good time.

In recent years I have not celebrated my big birthdays, but always with my family celebrated with something small, such as with a cake and tea.

My works an artist

The people think that art is not necessary to live, is unusable and is true!!! I think the same but the art is only to be happy. Im so happy artist and also I think in my future, sometimes I feell fear but is not terrible, because with sacrifice we can do many things.

Many people like art, but do not engage in this. too many people admire artists, but also, some people hate art. well, there is everything in life.

I have the luck of study that I love and I know that not be sorry.

Now, is my 4 year of carrer. The next year I like study pedagogy arts, in 1 year. Before I Like the tesis, but the important is my speciality: the "paint" and  the drawing, because is that I love and I want follow painting for ever, follow progress in art, for example body study, the human figure, work follow the colors, the contrast, lights and shadow, the volume, the form, etc...  I would also  like to work with other things and materials.

Well, I hope I can achieve all my expectations.

Francis Bacon

 

Francis Bacon

Francis Bacon is a Irland artist, he was an figurative painter. The principal aspect of his art is the raw imagery and emotionally charged, also the abstract painting its present in his works.

Francis made his first works from 1929. He did watercolor, gouaches, oils and draws.

In 1930 he work in London as an interior decorator and designer of modern furniture.

The work “ Three Studies for figures at the base of a cricifixion” ( triptic ) was the painting that marking the beginning of his mature artistic career. This finish work was in 1944.

I like the artist because I think that his works is daring and different. The Bacon works was reject, but later and now is recognized and appreciate for the form and style.

I think that Bacon works and talent is unique. I like so much the darks colors in the paint, the crazy ideas, the abstraction, the form, the draw, the lights, etc. Is for this that I admire to Bacon.

I like photography

Hi all:

Today I write about a strange photography of internet.

This picture was taken of a website and it is a hurt finger.
The composition of picture is center and has very little background.
I dont know who take this photo, but I found interesting, because to see things or causes some memories.
We all know that the wounds on the fingertips are painful, so I think that we can all imagine or remember the finger injury.

I think the smaller cuts are the most painful, for example. the cuts with paper, but in this photo you can see that the cuts is deeper, besides that to around the wound is swollen and red.

My favourite recipe for cooking on my own

Today I will write about my favorite recipe
First  I will tell you that I love to cook. I remember when I was a little girl, I liked being in the kitchen with my grandmother and my mom playing to cook and watch them cook. At home all women cook very good and when I was older I started to learn some stuff. In most houses the typical  dishes  is rice, pasta, cazuela, beans, etc, but I like to experiment in the kitchen and I learned little by little.
Also, I think now is much easier to learn to cook due to the internet, not like before, when a our mothers had to write down or memorize recipes for cooking.
Now that I am most of the time in the house of my boyfriend I cook much more than before, almost all the weekends. Before, for example, I did not eat meat but  I started to eat it and so I know very well how to prepare meat and chiken.
 My most successful recipe is chicken with tomato sauce and white rice. Here I will tell you my recipe.


Chicken with tomato sauce: 


First I put the chicken in a large pot to brown it, then add a little amound of chopped onion, sliced carrots, strips of  green peppers, garlic and salt. Stir for about 2 minutes and then add tomato slices and pour the tomato sauce with a little water, stir again for 2 more minutes and finally put a dissolved chicken stock, and mix for about 3 minutes and then cover the pot. Then I let all the ingredients cook for 30 to 35 minutes with low flame.
Finally when the stew is ready I serve it with white rice.

My favourite piece of technology

Hi again
Now I write about my favourite piece of techonology. this piece is a cell phone.
The do not really like both technology. I liked it better before because I think its not so important to live. But is necessary, for example in an emergency.
The cell phone is also necessary beause it facilitates communication as there are now more applications like whatssap, facebook, twitter or instagram. etc.
Also the cell phone is very use full for those same functions and besides, now have the cell phone many games.

In my case I use the pone to listen to music, but the old cell no use for that because they were before most basic, even smaller.
my iphone is very nice and I love it, although not the most modern but works perfectly.

Hello all
Today we have to write about my expectations for new semester in the Universidad de Chile.

First, what most desire in this year is to finish the last year quietly, continue painting and drawing classes and my house. the idea is to keep learning, practicing and creating.

It is also important to mention that my expectation for this semester is to learn more in english class especially in listening class beacause it is my greatest difficulty. I hope to overcome!

Well, also I hope to improve in all other classes, especially in painting class because it's what I like to do in life.
I would also like carry on practicing the art of engraving.
